Role Responsibilities:

 Leverage all tools, KPIs and methods of the recruiting portfolio (incl. active sourcing) to identify,

assess and select the right candidates.

 Deliver slates of qualified and diverse talents for current and anticipated roles in the

organization using out of the box innovative approaches.

 Ensure every candidate/hiring manager has a positive experience throughout the entire hiring

cycle. You will also build strong relationships with HRBPs, HR CoEs and the business. In this role

you will be reporting to the GTA Lead, LAMERA.

 Conduct competency based and cultural mindset focused interviews, initiate online assessments

and interpret the results, create offers and trigger contract creation.

 Provide accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and

report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.

 Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates,

candidate pipelines, and compliance.

 Participate or Lead Local/ Regional/ Global projects
